Innovative Power Products introduces their Model IPP-7105IT. The IPP-7105IT is a unique, patented 90 Degree Coupler which operates from 1000 – 2500 MHz. and has a 25 to 50 Ohm Impedance Transforming built inside the SMD Coupler making matching to GaN devices much easier for engineers.
The IPP-7105IT Impedance Transforming SMD Coupler is capable of handling 200 watts CW at the sum port and offers amplitude balance of + / – 0.90 dB along with insertion loss of < 0.50 dB, isolation > 14 dB and phase balance of +/- 5 Degrees.
This coupler is produced in a Surface Mount (SMD) package size of 1.50 x 0.50 inches and can be supplied on tape and reel.
