Job description:
Design and test of wide band, high power RF and microwave passive components such as 90-degree couplers, RF resistive products, directional couplers, RF transformers, and combiner/dividers. Candidate to be experienced with linear and full-wave EM simulators. Mentor other engineers and technicians.
Qualifications and Skills
- BSEE
- Ten years RF/Microwave design experience.
- Knowledge of RF Microstrip, Stripline, and Coaxial transmission line circuits.
- Proficient in RF simulators such as Keysight Genesys, Microwave Office, Ansys HFSS.
- Proficient in creating AutoCAD 2D and 3D drawings.
- Full working knowledge of network analyzers (VNA) and RF/Microwave test equipment, and test, tuning and troubleshooting RF components.
- Experienced in conducting research and development for new products.
- Experienced in communicating with customers.
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing methods a plus.
