The new IPP-7153 90-degree SMD hybrid coupler handles 100W CW of RF power in the full 6 – 12 GHz band despite a size of only 0.25” x 0.20”x0.07″. The IPP-7153 has less than 0.40 dB insertion loss, greater than 16dB isolation, and return loss of less than 1.40:1. It offers exceptional amplitude and phase balance for matching, at +/- 0.70dB and +/- 6 degrees, respectively.
