IPP’s high power RF / Microwave Resistor line offers a compact, rugged, high power, high frequency solution to the most demanding applications. IPP’s RF Resistors are constructed using Aluminum Nitride (AlN) ceramic for low thermal resistance and capacitance. Power levels range from 30 Watt to 650 Watts. These products are available in both bolt-down and solder down packages with silver contact tabs. Flanged Resistors: Flanged RF Resistors are available in Power Levels up to 650 Watts CW. Flangeless Resistors: Flangeless resistors are available at power levels up to 300W. Low Capacitance Resistors: Low Capacitance RF Resistors in Power Levels up to 200 Watts average, available in flangeless and flanged packages. |
RF Terminations

IPP’s line of RF / Microwave Terminations offer a compact, high power, high frequency solution for the most demanding applications. Choose from Flanged, Flangeless, or Connectorized RF Terminations. IPP terminations are constructed on copper flanges and Aluminum Nitride (AlN) ceramic which provides a very low thermal resistance and excellent VSWR at higher frequencies. Standard Termination values are 50 ohms with power levels from 30 Watts to 650 Watts. These products are available with a connector, bolt-down flange and solder down packages with a silver contact tab. Standard Termination values are 50 ohms. Please contact the factory for other resistor values, power levels or custom configurations. Flanged Terminations: Frequency Ranges from DC to 8.5 GHz, in Power Levels up to 650 Watts CW. Flangeless Terminations: Flangeless Terminations are available in frequencies from DC to 8.5 GHz at power levels up to 350W. Connectorized Terminations: Frequency Range is from DC to 6.0 GHz in power levels from 30 Watts to 650 Watts. |
