The IPP-7148 is a Surface Mount 90 Degree Hybrid Coupler that operates from 690 to 6000 MHz (0.69 to 6 GHz) with a 130 Watt average power rating. The IPP-7148 comes in a 0.50 x 1.00 inch surface mount package. The IPP-7148 has an amplitude balance of less than 0.9dB, insertion loss less than 0.8dB, greater than 16.5dB of isolation, a phase balance of +/- 6 degrees, and VSWR less than 1.50:1

A 90 degree hybrid coupler is a four-port device that is used either to equally split an input signal into two paths with a 90 degree phase shift between them or to combine two signals while maintaining high isolation between them. 90 degree hybrid couplers are also known as Quadrature Couplers or 3dB Hybrids. Our RF hybrid couplers offer low insertion loss, low VSWR and high power capability in a small package which is often required.
